A project that began shortly after the explosion of Methane dextrate, the alternative fuel source, which resulted in the destruction of 85% of the world's population. This project involved the release of 300 Proxies into the world, which were able to survive nearly any harsh conditions, and create what later became the dome cities. The events that take place throughout the series are the casual effect of the first proxy, Proxy One.
