Will. B Good is the proxy that presides over Smileland, another domed city. He first appears in Pino's dream as a warning of the misfortune that will fall upon them if Vincent was to come to the city. He is the first Proxy to indicate that if two Proxy were to come in contact with each other, they must fight, though this seems to be a view informed by the onset of the Pulse of the Awakening.
Will.B.Good appeared to be the most reluctant to fight, compared to other Proxies. He has a seemingly friendly personality, but is clearly terrified of death and anxious over it.
